How do I connect my Apple Watch, Oura or Whoop?

CaffeineCurfew reads your sleep and heart data through Apple Health. Make sure your wearable syncs to Apple Health, then allow CaffeineCurfew access when the app asks (or under iOS Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → CaffeineCurfew). The app never connects to those services directly — it only reads what's already in Apple Health.

Why does the app ask for Health access?

The Pro model uses your sleep data (such as deep sleep, heart rate and heart rate variability) to learn how caffeine affects your nights. Without Health access the app still tracks caffeine and your cut-off, but the personalised learning and sleep insights stay off. You decide exactly which data the app may read.

How does the personal model work?

After each clean night (no alcohol, stress, illness or late exercise), the app compares its prediction with what your sleep data shows and gently adjusts your personal caffeine half-life. It takes about 30 clean nights to fully calibrate — you can watch the progress in the Learning profile.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your health and intake data are processed on your device. CaffeineCurfew does not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are handled by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → CaffeineCurfew, where you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel. The Lifetime option is a one-time purchase with no recurring charge.

I bought Pro but it's not active on my other device.

Open CaffeineCurfew, go to the paywall and tap “Restore purchases”. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the purchase.
